- Cascading Style Sheets, The Definitive Guide, 2nd Edition, Eric Meyer
This is an excellent book if you are working with style sheets, whether you are a novice or a pro. As with every O’Reilly book, this one was more than worth the money and the time I spent reading it. I cannot recommend it or the publisher more strongly.
- Lord Jim, Joseph Conrad
The website Bibliomania has a synopsis of Lord Jim that fairly well summarizes the story, but that synopsis doesn’t come anywhere near close to revealing how utterly boring and generally silly the book is. In a word: Lord Jim is terrible. A longer review here.+
- Hiroshima, John Hersey
This book is not what I remembered. Reviewed by me Here.
